- Answer Depending on what you buy but for the Nintendo switch I checked in every day first thing in the morning and they had restocked, I bought my switch and within the hour they were sold out. I recommend to check every day

- Answer if you download an extension or use a website it will alert you when best buy is in stock in this item or any other item u want. best buy gets stock around midnight or mondays but sells out very quickly.

- Answer I've helped a couple of friends with this tip. Download the BB app and establish your form of payment. Check the bb site every night after 10pm and check periodically every 15 minutes there's a chance that it will pop up for pickup or delivery. I tried local pickup a few times but people have beaten me to it. So 1 night I looked it up and did the delivery instead. Having the app is helpful anf you can finalize your purchase in like 2 minutes or less.

QuestionWhen is Bestbuy going to fix the issue with these bots buying and reselling all of the Nintendo Switches? This is getting ridiculous. I was able to get one in my cart before it was bought out from under me. FIX THIS.

- Answer I actually spoke with a Best Buy agent recently and it's not only bots. Picture this: 50 people want a Switch. At 2 pm they release 1. All 50 go for it at the same time. Whoever gets through the checkout first gets it. It sucks. Basically you just gotta hope you're the fastest. They're trying to make it so that it says "Sold Out" until they get another big shipment in, but haven't gotten there yet. They also told me that by their best-educated guess they should get the next big shipment in a few weeks, so we really just have to wait it out.

QuestionIs this the HAC-001(-01) version?

- Answer The new Nintendo Switch has a model code that starts with HAD and a model number of HAC-001 (-01): -HADSKABAA for the model with the blue and red Joy-Con controllers -HADSKAAAA for the model with grey Joy-Con controllers The original Nintendo Switch models start with the letters HAC and a model number of HAC-001. As long as the specs section lists a model of "HAD" (vs "HAC") you know it's the newer version 2.

- Answer You just have to keep checking randomly through out the day. Some people have mentioned Hotstock to track stocking but ultimately Best Buy doesn't know when they will receive stock because of the pandemic. You could try contacting your local best buy too but they probably won't be able to tell you.

- Answer On Monday nights around 9 pm best buy will get their stock of switches. Usually a very low shipment of the regular switches. I suggest waiting till Monday night and Tuesday morning and you will see them in stock

- Answer The answer to this question, which many people are asking, is not a clear cut answer. Many manufacturers are having a tough time getting parts to make the consoles themselves, causing problems for everyone who normally stocks these. I asked a store rep in my area and they said it could be within the next 24-48 hours, but the consoles sell out as soon as they come back into stock. You really have to religiously watch the website and refresh the page if you want a CHANCE at nabbing one.

- Answer As the guy before me stated, BB staff doesn't answer questions here. However, the console has started restocking now but little by little. You may contact your local BestBuy to check but I did manage to finally buy my own a few Tuesdays ago when it was back on stock online. I would say to keep checking the first days of the week to see if it restocks online. Currently there's the Switch Lite in stock for all colors but if you don't want the Lite version then you're going to have to keep checking.

- Answer I’m fairly certain it’s limited edition and they only make them to celebrate the launch of a new game. I’ve never seen them remake one that was a special edition. I wish I had pre ordered one too

- Answer They usually get a restock a couple of times a week, and it's honestly more in the middle of the day. You just have to monitor it and act quickly when it is in stock. I recommend using a website to setup an in-stock alert for you.

- Answer Yes, you need the Nintendo Switch Online subscription ($20/year). That currently (Nov2019) gives you access to play a slew of old Nintendo and Super Nintendo games, included with that subscription.

- Answer Yes. This console has a dock that it comes with that hooks up onto your tv. Undock it to use on the go yet a case is preferred if you’re planning to take it with you to a relatives house or if there are small children. There are free games to play like you mentioned like Fortnite, as well as others like Dauntless and Warframe. If you buy the membership, there are other games you can play for free like all the old school Mario games as well as some demos that are available for certain games. But as for games, you do have the option to buy either physical or digital. The console does come with 32 Gb’s of memory but most games are usually about 10 Gb or more so a microSD card is best for digital games if you want to go that route. It all depends on what you want.

- Answer If you have Animal Crossing, you can play up to 4 people on one switch. Its called Couch Co-op. I don't know if you can do it on other games, though.
