• Just bought this today too, it has straps but no Velcro anywhere. Having a difficult time mounting to the headrest myself.

• There should be a Velcro strap so you can secure it to the headrest.

• The Velcro is on the straps are used to put it on the head rest

• Mine had the straps included to connect it to the back of the headrest, so you may want to contact the manufacturer, or Best Buy.
