“I have problems with all my DVD's playing. They stop twenty at least twenty times during a movie. It is horrible. Or it blurs over colors or lines during the movie. IS IT POSSIBLE IT IS NOT COMPATIBLE W/MY TV I BOUGHT THE SAME DAY FROM BEST BUY”

Do you clean the DVD beforehand? I take a regular facial tissue, put a tiny amount of regular alcohol on it, and gently wipe the DVD, then gently dry it. It may be helpful if you do not do that at present.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I was having the same problem. It actually is the makers of the product that cause this problem. You need to have internet connection so that they can send updates. It has something to do with protection against piracy. All my newer movies had this problem, so we had to connect TV to the internet service.
