“got a dvd stuck and it wont open. Ive unplugged and re-plugged . It will play, but it wont eject. Any suggestions?”

See if there is a small hole on the dvd drive. If there is take a paper clip and open it then stick it in the hole. It should release the drive and open it. It may be near the manual release button if it has one. I took my player back as it was not compatible with my system.
