You need to use for few months. Then call/live chat with them and say you want to unlock your mobile. they will ask for IMEI number & say whether this phone is ready to unlock or not. Then they wil send you an email with the unlock code. Then you can insert a non t-mobile sim & switch on the phone, there you can enter that code which was sent.
