• 10 digit unlock code is the code given by the provider like T-mobile to unlock the phone for using it on a different provider or for using the phone in another country

• It's a special code that let you unlock your phone to use with other cellular carrier. i.e lyca, at&t etc..

• You have to call customer service and they wont give you the code untill after its had service for about 40 days!
