- Answer Instagram is still in beta and leaves much to be desired. Stick with an android phone, this (and most Windows phones) seem awful for us heavy app users.

- Answer It depends on what settings you have. I have it turn the screen off and lock after 15 seconds and the phone lasts about 10-14 hours if I don't get calls yet get texts all day.

- Answer I am a former T-Mo employee and yes all prepaid T-Mo phones will work with monthly plans. I bought two and are using them on my family account. When you purchase it tell the employee Not to activate it then call into TMo and the can do it for no additional charge. The account is registered to the SIM card Not the phone.

- Answer You need to unlock it from T mobile to use it in other carrier or in other country .. you should be in T mobile for a year or you should refilled t mobile account for more than $100 after start using on this phone to get eligible for unlocking it. Please refer T mobile no contract phone unlock policy

- Answer You need to use for few months. Then call/live chat with them and say you want to unlock your mobile. they will ask for IMEI number & say whether this phone is ready to unlock or not. Then they wil send you an email with the unlock code. Then you can insert a non t-mobile sim & switch on the phone, there you can enter that code which was sent.

- Answer Well the at&t has a great plan and has more memory than other phones. This also can carry 64 GB so I would recommend that phone also . it's pretty good phone to have if you like to store certain thing in your phone.

- Answer The SIM in the box is not pre-activated. If you get the pre-paid month to month service set up on the phone at best buy, there will NOT be an activation fee. If you need it for post paid services (billed to your house after you use the service), then you would have to take them to a T-mobile store and, yes, that $35 activation fee will apply.

- Answer You can either buy some minutes for a pre-paid account, or do what I did and just stick an existing SIM card into this phone and use it like any other phone. If you have one of the older SIM cards, you'll need to convert it to a micro-SIM and that may cost you $15.
