yes but it is terrible. I'll give you advice and save you time. At this price point you will NOT find a phone with a decent camera. There is a reason a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge costs $800. If you want to keep it relatively low cost then check out the Samsung Galaxy J3 that just released its unlocked and only runs you $139 bucks, it comes with a 5 MegaPixel Camera which is still no where near the resolution of a S7 Edge, Note 7 or iPhone 6+ but is better than what you get with this ZTE.
