Depending on your old Sim card, if it is a micro-sim then it should fit this phone. If it is the mini-sim, then you can call T-Mobile to transfer your old phone number to the included micro-SIM in the Zinger. For those who are the DIY-type, you can cut down your old mini-SIM to match the size of the new miro-SIM. However, this should not be attempted without the proper tool and a little of hand skill.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You actually upgrade your sim card for this phone. Its easy to do! They include the needed new sim card in with the phone when you buy it. I just called t- mobile and it took like 5 minutes to do over the phone. Not a big deal at all. You keep your same phone number.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, just insert your current t-mobile sim card, turn it on and away you go. You might need ot use a free program like HiSuite from Huawei or MobileGO from Wondershare to copy over any files, contacts, call logs, or sms texts messages from your old phone to this one, making the switch almost seamless.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Most likely, yes, you can. Chances are good that you will not be able to do this yourself, as the current models' SIM card slots are smaller that the slots that the older phones have. Any T-Mobile retail site will be able to help you trim the card (they have a special tool just for this) and make sure that your contacts transfer over. We had the old Huawei Comet phones and have just done transfers to the Zinger twice in the past three months.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You might be able to if you are willing to trim your card. Your old SIM is likely a regular SIM. This phone takes a micro SIM. You can find instructions online with a template. Even easier though is to just activate the SIM that comes with the phone. T-Moblie makes it easy just search t-mobile update SIM.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.if your current sim card is a micro sim, just put it in and your ready to go. if your current sim is a standard size sim, you can call t-mobile and they will mail you a new sim or you can go by any t-mobile retailer and exchange your current sim for a micro sim. prices and services to transfer contacts from old sim to new sim may vary depending on retailer.
