I returned the item to Best Buy. They were great to accept it. My goal was to cut the cord and reduce my monthly expenses. I discontinued my Dish TV. I have no streaming except Prime which I rarely watch. I purchased a TIVO Bolt OTA from Weaknees, a company in California. TiVo is fantastic. 4 tuners. No buffering. Flawless operation. Incredible program guide. Cost $379 for refurbished Bolt with a free lifetime program guide and 3 year warranty. It is exactly what I was looking for. I receive all networks plus about 15 other channels. Perfect reception with a small outdoor antenna.
