• You can If ESPN+ is broad casted over the air by antenna? It’s meant to work with antennas not cable, but I guess you could wire you cable in to it instead

• As far as I know you can only record over the airwaves (antenna) tv. The input to the DVR is from your antenna. I do not know what happens if you feed cable to it. Ask the manufacturer.

• NO. It will only record over the air programs, using some type of antenna. You cannot get ESPN over the air.
