• A:Answer yes. There is a standard tripod screw mount located in what looks like the handle. DO NOT MOUNT THE CAMERA TO THE TRIPOD AND ATTACH THIS LENS AS IT WILL TIP THE TRIPOD OVER AND CAUSE A VERY EXPENSIVE CRASHING SOUND ---- YOU MUST ATTACH THE LENS TO THE TRIPOD

• A:Answer It will work with any canon with an EF mount. I use it with a t3i with wonderful results. I personally have not used it with a t6 but assuming the t6 uses EF lenses which would be a safe bet, i would say yes it is compatable
