- Answer When I plug mine in, it keeps playing. The battery icon appears when the battery is low and needs charged.

- Answer You can try some tape or try to get it fixed through a protection plan (if purchased). I doubt the manufacturer would replace it because it's not a factory defect.

- Answer The device is not Bluetooth compatible and will also not stream. It will only play DVD and or CD disks
