- Answer The current version of this bag does not have a headphone jack or built in cord along the shoulder strap as older versions of this model may have had for a time. At this time none of our line up have this feature. I will gladly let our product team know that there is still people interested in it though but it was discontinued with the advent of Bluetooth headphones and many cell phones no longer having a headphone jack built in.

QuestionWhy are the pictures different for this item. I ordered thinking I would get the bag seen in the first picture. I specifically wanted this one to replace one of the same kind. I received the other one with less pockets (the one that allows for a bottle.

- Answer Some of our products have different versions and sometimes the photos will show any that may be available. However, the description of them all will be the same as the differences are normally small. It could be shape of a pocket, color variation, or placement of a feature may have been changed.

QuestionCan I wash this backpack in the washing machine? I bought a backpack (Platinum brand) from BB a few years ago, I put it in my washer/dryer all the time, no issues.

- Answer We do not recommend putting our backpacks in the washer and dryer. We instead recommend using a damp wash cloth and mild detergent to spot clean as needed.

- Answer Hello, they are the same backpack. However, one of them is an updated version and the other is not. Both versions are currently on the market so the photos will show both.
