• It should, depending upon your monitor. Have tested it with an older model monitor and experienced a few issues when attempting a dual monitor set-up. You may be better off with a later model monitor.

• It should. I just set this up on my Lenova notebook and it is all working fine. However, it was not the easiest item to set up. I do have both monitors working, sound, external drives, mouse, keyboard, DVR, etc. It sure is nice having the bigger screens working.

• Yes. We are running windows 10. Proud have to download drivers. It is my understanding you have to download drivers for this type of device.
