Q: Questionwant to purchase a new PC laptop w a docking station. Are they all compatible with each other or do I have to purchase a docking station made for the laptop that I purchase? thanks

• A:Answer I have used this docking station with several different brands of laptop. Fortunately, this is a universal docking station and should work with most laptops that have a USB 3.0 port available.

• A:Answer No, the HDMI is output only will not show anything onto the laptop. Why not just use the Roku app?

Q: QuestionDoes a power cord come with the docking station? I mean the one that plugs into the box and the wall. There wasn’t one in the box.

• A:Answer Yes. There should be one that goes from the wall to the docking station. You still need to have a power supply for your laptop though.

• A:Answer It only gives you the option to run 2 external monitors. You can use your laptop screen as a 3rd monitor.
