“How do I remove the iPad Pro 9.7" from this Targus case? I have NO manual with the product. Where can I get manual?”

• I start at the reset thumb button and gently press the case away from the iPad. Then press the case at the upper corner from the reset button.

• From the corner. Bend it a little n start working down to the next

• I found YouTube provides videos on absolutely every question you may have...used it to install remove several different cases...if not the manufacturer should have a help line

• You really have to be patient and start with one corner. It will take some finagling. Once you get a corner started just put your finger there and try to work out. Patience is the key here

• Bend the case until you can get the iPad2 Air lifted then work your way around the edges
