“Will this case work with a Zagg glass screen protector? What is the best way to install the iPad into the case? It’s usually pretty hard to get the iPad in because of tight fit. Thank you.”

I don’t use a screen protector on my IPad Pro but I just popped the IPad into the case no problem and the top piece just goes over the pencil. If you are using it the without the pencil the small piece just folds back out of your way. Hope this helps.
