• I’m not sure, but doing research in commercial applications today ranging from N35 to N52. Neodymium magnets are graded by their maximum energy product (BH)max with N52 grade neodymium providing the greatest magnetic performance and N35 being the weakest. If I were to measures the strength between a scale of 1-10, i would give a 4.

• The magnet strength is not very strong as it could impact compass functions of the iPad if it was. It is still best to talk to your Doctor about it and see what he suggests.
