Try getting the corner that has the gap for the headphone jack to release form the iPad by pushing your thumb against the edge of the plastic away from the iPad while pushing a little on the iPad from the back with another finger in the slot for the headphones and it should start to slide out or at least begin to so you can free it the rest of the way.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Press your thumbs on the top corners of the mounting bracket and gently press upward from the back with your fingers. This should ease the corner out enough for you to get a grip and work it out of the case. Use gentle pressure when pressing and when working the edges free and you should be fine. Otherwise, visit an Apple Store. They can do it for you.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Open the four hard plastic tabs on the corners, then peel off the frames layer by layer/one by one. I think it's 2 or 3 layers underneath. You will probably have to use your fingernails to pry it open, or something very thin like a fingernail file.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Open the case fully. Place your fingers under the side where the iPad is. Lift slightly. Grasp the iPad & pull firmly. Re-insert your iPad in the correct position.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You should be able to pry it off from the corners. It's flexible enough.
