I would go to Targus's website, and look up information there. I am sorry but I am not very familiar with their warranty policies. I would start there. I think Best Buy has time limits on there policies, but it wouldn't hurt to go check with them as well.

Please try again later.I just bought a case just like the one u r questioning about and when I purchased it the cashier didn’t tell me anything about a warranty on the case so it’s better off u buy another one it’s $39 and after tax it will be about $44 so it’s not that expensive so if u broke ur case go buy another one
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Contact Targus. Most of their covers carry a 90 day warranty but have seen up to 1 year. I own 3 of their cases and have never had an issue but there is always the first. Worst they could say is no it is out of warranty but my experience with them is they stand behind their product.
