• A:Answer If you are not getting SMS, please check with Straight Talk. Let the carrier know that you are using a new phone. SMS is a service by the carrier. For security purpose, you may need to log off from one phone and receive it on another. If you use SMS from other provider such as Facebook and Google Messages, you may still get your message when you log into your account. Hope this helps.

Q: QuestionI have the TCL 10L and 10 Pro, however when pairing with my 2015 Impala, the phone and contacts work, but can't play media, Amazon music, YouTube etc. Deleted connection and re-paired with the same results. Any ideas?
