A:AnswerNot sure about "ATSC 3.0" but this TV does have the ability to use an antenna for over-the-air broadcasts. Not sure why you would want to use it that way unless you have a DSL Internet connection and no cable-TV and you want the over-the-air channels.
If you have cable Internet, the basic-TV package is only an extra 10 bucks or so per month and I think that provides more channels more clearly than the antenna.
