QuestionWhat are the length and width dimensions of the feet that the TV sits on? I'm planning on setting up theTV on a ledge in front of a window behind a couch inside a motor coach and have a very limited surface width to accomplish this. Thank you!

- Answer The feet are angled. At their widest, they are 27 inches apart. The feet are 8 inches deep. So, I would say a surface of 30 inches by 10 inches will comfortably hold the TV. It’s well-balanced, so there won’t be an issue if you are close on space.

- Answer Both series include a built in Roku operating system, 4K UHD, and HDR Support. The 5-Series goes a bit further and has additional features such as Dolby Vision and wide color gamut. - Answer The 43S405 is a member of our 4-Series, while the 43S517 is a member of our 5-Series. Both series include a built in Roku operating system, 4K UHD, 120hz CMI refresh rate, and HDR Support. QuestionThe AV Adapter that came in the box does not plug in all the way to the TV so the dvd player is not found or recognized, any suggestions?

- Answer When i purchased this tv the AV adapter does work fine and i used it for a dvd player. I recommend you closely inspect the adapter and socket to ensure nothing is in it that could be causing an issue. If it still does not go in all the way, have someone else try it. If it’s still an issue then it might be faulty and you will need to return your tv to bestbuy or bring the dongle (AV adapter) into bestbuy and have them insert it into a TCL tv that is on display to see if the adapter or the tv is at fault. One of the TCL tv’s i purchased had an issue with the WI-Fi not working at all. But since it’s plugged into an ethernet jack i did not want to take the time to replace it. It’s possible that your TV has a fault.

- Answer Yes you can. You need to purchase the appropriately sized mount from two approaches. The owners manual identifies the size for mounting to the TV, the mounting pattern on the back of the TV . Then you’ll have to pick the right mount for the size of the TV (i.e. 43”,55”, etc. )

- Answer We have many different series. The most recent TCL Roku TVs would be our 3-Series, 4-Series, 5-Series, and 6-Series. If you have a smart TV you can go to Home>Settings>System>About, and once you click on 'About' it will bring up information about the TV including the model #. Thank you, TCL Customer Support

- Answer Within each TV series there are different sizes and models available. These models can have differences in their physical/cosmetic design, remote controls, or the on-screen user interfaces. This specific model comes with a standard TCL Roku remote. Thank you, TCL Customer Support

- Answer With ours I found this to really depend on the lighting situation. If the TV was directly below a light or if the angled viewing caught a ceiling light you are right, the colors wash out at an angle. I don't experience washout though in other conditions and this was a big deal for us as it is ceiling mounted and on angle for most visitors. Maybe we're just lucky but I thought I would share that experience.
