“I purchased this Tv December of 2020, the wifi no longer works. All other TV's and devices in the house connect to wifi. Is there a possibility that the wifi feature that allows the tv to connect to the internet has gone bad?”

I think you have to do another connection - I am not sure but I did mine over once -
