“When my husband plugged in his headphones the sound went off on the tv. I need to be able to hear the tv when he is using his headphones. What do I need to do to fix this problem?”

• There's no way you can plugged in an earphone and stay hear it.

• This is how the TV is designed. When using headphones for private listening, the TV speakers are automatically disabled. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
