“Does this TV have a protective film on the screen for shipping? It's hard to tell. The one on the bezel was hard enough to see. I don't want to pick at the edge of the screen if there isn't one. The screen did have some tape on the edges though.”

Some models feature a protective film, while others do not. If there is a protective film, there should be is a tab on the upper right-hand side that says "Carefully remove protective material after installing TV". Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
