Q: QuestionCan you buy the voice remote for the 615 separately? Would the 617 remote work with the 615 if you buy it separately?

• A:Answer Not sure about the 617 remote specifically, BUT I was able to successfully pair the "Enhanced Voice Remote" (with headphone jack, voice control button, and TV power/volume) with the Best Buy version of the 55" 6-series (55R615). I bought the remote from Roku's website, since the one that comes with the 55R617 doesn't have a headphone jack, and I really like that feature.

• A:Answer Inverting the feet is not recommended. The feet on the TV are designed to be attached to the TV as stated in the directions. In order to maintain stability and safety, the feet should be attached as instructed. The feet spacing for this TCL Roku TV when the feet are installed properly is 47.9 inches. Hope this helps! • A:Answer Try going to your password and hit connect. Probably got to try it twice it should connect unless you got too many devices connected to your wifi. If not turn, see whos using the wifi sonetimes hackers get messy.

Q: QuestionMy TCL 43S421LEAA power’s off only in antenna mode. All other inputs work fine. The only way to turn back on is to unplug. I did a complete factory reset a couple of times and updated it. I thought it was my remote so I used my phone but it still happens.
