A:AnswerIt’s terrible! Even when the tv has light coming through a window on the show it’s so blinding bright. Please see my review with pictures, under the name of JoyceT, I gave it two (2) stars.
A:AnswerUltra High Definition refers to the resolution of the TV, which is 4K on both our 5-Series and 6-Series. High Dynamic Range refers to color and contrast, which our 5-Series and 6-Series supports both HDR10 and Dolby Vision. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
A:AnswerCurrently, our Roku based TVs do not support Bluetooth. If you are trying to connect a sound bar or speakers you can use the Optical port, or the HDMI ARC port. For Headphones, there is a Headphone jack on the back of the TV, or you can download the Free Roku app for private listening. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
A:AnswerIf you mean your "Standard" (yellow, red, and white) AV cables, then yes. It will make a huge difference. Those video AV cables only can transfer enough signal for Standard Definition. To get the most out your TV I suggest going with any kind of HDMI. You won't regret it.
A:AnswerYes, the TV has internal speakers, and they have good sound. I use my TV without a sound bar and I am very pleased with the sound quality and volume.
A:AnswerIf the TV is selected on an input, and it is no longer receiving signal, it will show a "No Signal" message. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
A:AnswerThe composite connection for this TCL TV is a single input located between the coaxial input and the Headphone Jack. You would need to use an adapter to connect the traditional red/white/yellow cables you are used to seeing. The adapter would need to be purchased separately. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
A:AnswerCurrently, our smart TVs do not support the direct input of channel numbers for OTA. However, if your TV is connected to the Internet, you can press the left arrow key to populate a channel guide and navigate channels this way. Additionally, you can enable "favorites" for over the air channels so that your most-watched channels will automatically appear towards the top. To enable favorites you would go to Home>Settings>TV inputs>Antenna TV>Favorite Channels>Enable. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
A:Answerwired ethernet and/or wifi. I have both but can only connect to one at a time. My wired ethernet for streaming; wifi when I want to cast to TV from my cell phone.

A:AnswerA USB extension cord enables easy plugin of a flash drive for the OTA Pause/rewind feature -- and removal of the drive for Last Channel feature. To TCL: Put this in the manual and inform TCL CS staff, they are unaware. Also FYI, "Last Channel" is so valued by some customers that they will chose another brand when not available. Good TV.
