• I already tried your suggestion, nothing seems to adjust the picture to a full-screen aspect ratio.

• While watching content, you would click the asterisk (*) button on the remote to pull up the options menu. The setting you are looking for is "picture size". Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
