- Answer Disregard the useless answer you were given. Though QLED is a marketing term by Samsung, it's based on actual technology. Q is quantum dots, which have superior color performance. This TCL model is not a QLED, but does have very good color (it meets most of the HDR/DCI-P3 spectrum). The newer models are QLED.

QuestionI have Direct TV and would like to only use one (1) remote for both Direct TV and the ability to navigate the Streaming Apps. Smaller TCL tv's shows me that I can't? Huge Game Over for me if not? If not is there a "All in One Remote"?

QuestionWhat are dementions of feet. What would be best way to install on a limited platform? What is the smallest area needed?

- Answer A: Inverting the feet is not recommended. The feet on the TV are designed to be attached to the TV as stated in the directions. In order to maintain stability and safety, the feet should be attached as instructed. The feet spacing to fit on a stand is 62.3 inches. Hope this helps! - Answer You can program the TV to power onto a specific input or the last used input. To do this you would go to Home>Settings>System>Power>Power on>Select the input that you would like the TV to power on to. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support

QuestionWhen the TV is mounted with legs, what is the spacing between the bottom of the tv an the surface it sits on? Also how far apart are the ends of the legs at the widest point? Since legs angle OUT that dimension is longer than where they attach

- Answer The spacing between bottom of TV and surface it sits on is just shy of 2-3/4 inches The span of the single leg is 16 inches and the distance between the two legs on each side of the tv is 61-1/2 inches

- Answer I have never seen them so it must have been fixed or I just got lucky. I couldn't be any happier with the TV and it is the best value among the premium 75 inch TVs.

- Answer A smart TV has apps like Netflix and Amazon Prime. This is also a Roku TV which makes it a smart TV. You have total control over the TV with the Roku app for your phone or tablet. It also works with a Google Home or Amazon Echo.

QuestionI bought this 75" tv from best buy. It was delivered, I set it up and it's been working great. Now all of a sudden there is a dead row of pixels across the whole screen. What should I do, contact Best Buy or TCL?

- Answer The TV is obviously defective so it depends how long you have had it and if you bought an extended warranty. If you are within the return period or you bought an extended warranty you should contact Best Buy. Otherwise, I would contact TCL.

QuestionAre there replacement stand alternatives to fit a 60" wide tv stand. I was thinking perhaps something attached to the existing rear wall mounts or perhaps a set of legs that will fit that come out straight.

- Answer There are VESA compliant stands sold seperately that makes the feet centered. Not made by TCL either. Google "VESA Stand". Amazon has a few, just find one that fits the product weight, screen size, and VESA mount size.

- Answer Currently, our TVs do not support Bluetooth. If you are trying to connect a sound bar or speakers you can use the Optical port, or the HDMI ARC port. For Headphones, there is a Headphone jack on the back of the TV, or you can download the Free Roku app for private listening. In addition to private listening, the free Roku mobile app also gives you access to voice control and voice search. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
