• Necessary cables are included (optical, USB and jack), but I bought an extra long optical cable as I have a new home where it has a tube going through the wall so cables and wires can't be seen. Works beautifully. So much sound out of an inexpensive soundbar, and it matched the TCL 75" TV. The step up, with the extra subwoofer, may have been too much for our new 1600 square foot home.

• This TCL Alto soundbar can be connected through either Optical or AUX. The soundbar comes with both of these cables, and you would simply choose which ever option you prefer. However, Optical would be the recommended option. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
