A:AnswerIt has been sold out for months, Sony will not restock because it is a limited run. Even if you could order one BestBuy doesn't ship to any where outside of the US, they wont even ship to third parties that ship international. Unfortunately your only shot is trying to buy one off of eBay or another website.
A:AnswerPre-Order started a few months ago. The big problem you'll have is trying to find an "Ellie" Edition ; they only released a certain number of them . Depending on several factors, there may not be any more ; it's a wait and see for the Ellie Version. With the Collectible version , you might have better luck. Keep and eye out on BB and other sites like Wal-Mart / Gamestop / etc.

He simply came in behind you and ordered this, probably ordered 20 of them with 20 different accounts for 20 different prepaid Best Buy gift cards!
So.,.. By the time you hit “check out“ they were already sold out in those five or 10 minutes or whatever; especially if you were shopping for other things at Best Buy. When I get a hot item at GameStop or Walmart or wherever, and I have other things to buy, I will do those later… I’ll just buy the hard to get exclusive item right then and there as fast as I can, and then come back and order more stuff or whatever else you’re going to get, do that separately.

Fortunately, the scalpers like I said: “already have these programs set up in the computer“ and they can order as many as they want, and also they probably I think track the item every second or five seconds or whatever… So when this item or whatever item they trying to buy at whatever store pops up, their computer program detects for example – when Best Buy put up the last of us Eli‘s addition, their computer is already scanning for Best Buy every couple of seconds and went into action probably a few seconds later, or notified the person who jumped on it… Where else do you have to wait for a notification that can take who knows how long a few minutes an hour maybe? Or even worse, do you have to go in every couple hours to check on the availability.

Yeah, scalpers suck Big time! You will have to buy this edition on eBay probably between $375 and 550? Maybe if a lot of people aren’t buying these and there’s a lot of them on eBay… You might be able to get them for 300 on an auction maybe if you’re lucky, maybe 320?
The next addition down, just the regular collectors edition, it’s only $40 cheaper and is only missing the backpack, which is just a small woman’s backpack.
I know I know… I am 6 foot five 2080 pounds, and I still want it even if it was pink with unicorns on it.
So good luck my friend, just voice your opinion on these parts and scalpers do this, and get the word out so fans we’re honest and generally fans of sad item can get these instead of scalpers… We’re already paying an arm and a leg for these… So complain to Best Buy about this, cinnamon email, if everybody would do that then they’ll start clapping down on pots, or change the rules so maybe they only put up let’s say 10 of them. They have to do something because it’s destroying the whole fandom collecting process and taking enjoyment out of entertainment and video games.
Same thing applies for action figures and other collectibles I try and collect, even gold and silver coins I trained yet, people with their bots Get those two… Just not nerd stuff like this-LOL
A:AnswerI contacted both Best Buy and GameStop and they both told me that it is supposed to made available today 9/26 for preorder. However neither of them could give me an exact timeframe.
