You picked the game up on Friday but did you order it before Friday? If you only purchased it Friday then you don’t get the preorder content. You would have had to order it the latest on Thursday. It would arrive by email to the address you entered during your purchase. If it any consolation the preorder bonuses don’t make much difference in actual game play. You would think it does but it really doesn’t. My husband was playigg big the game with the preorder bonus and I wasn’t. I have progressed farther faster then him. The game is really about skill and attention to finding materials and he tends to not check every area closely.
