• Soundtrack voucher is on the actual disc set. All they mentioned to be extra with the pre order (to me at least in store) was ammo upgrade and a crafting tutorial

• No you don't. There's no additional soundtrack, no voucher. Not even any themes and avatars. To let you in on a little secret: there's not even a steel book or artbook or even a game. Do you know what you get for your pre order you placed and paid for 6 months ago? You get NOTHING BECAUSE BEST BUY IS TOO INCOMPETENT TO DO THERE JOBS
