• No, you can’t cook your enemies. You can however smash and pound them.

• No cooking but you can definitely “pound” enemies if that’s how you desire to play it.

• I suspect you can if you equip a plasma mod to a hammer melee weapon, allowing you to smash, pound, and cook in one swift action.
