You didn’t upload a photo. But if what your talking about is round, about 2-3” in diameter, made of plastic and looks like a cheap shower head, then it’s a sprayer you install inside your dishwasher when you are washing something TALL. you must take out the center shelf and replace the arm sprayer at the back with it.

It is something that is only used when needing to wash larger pans/pots...etc. You would remove the upper rack and that part would be placed directly against the back wall of the dishwasher. You can find more information in the "Loading the Dishwasher" section of your use and care manual.
