• Hello Christy, thanks for your question and interest in model CIT367YM. We do not recommend using cookware made from aluminum. Only ferromagnetic cookware is suitable for induction cooking. For example: enameled steel cookware, cast iron cookware and special stainless steel cookware that is suitable for induction cooking.
