- Answer Hello Christy, thanks for your question and interest in model CIT367YM. We do not recommend using cookware made from aluminum. Only ferromagnetic cookware is suitable for induction cooking. For example: enameled steel cookware, cast iron cookware and special stainless steel cookware that is suitable for induction cooking.
