Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Being an SSD, I'm assuming it is well under 2TB ? (see Large Drive Warnings for this Product). You need to open up "Disk Management" - search for "disk management" or "create and format hard drive partitions" at Start Menu. In the Disk Management window, locate the new drive, which might be shown as RAW or Unformatted. Here you should be able to select the drive, right click and get a Format or create partition option. Hope that helps. Something the dock is recognized, so be sure that the usb's are connected good (unplug and replug them back in). See if that works to. Good Luck !

Is the red lights on the button on when running. Other than that if you have time i'd return it mine worked once a month later tried it again no lights not working and best buy says send it to the manufacturer sorry I just never seen to be able to get around to shipping stuff Best Buy you should at very least offer to send it to the manufacturer for us if we bring it back to you. Otherwise price, selection, and definately service.
