You do not need any jumpers on the drives, you should try to see if the drives are fully seated in the connector and turn it on. the button with hdd1 and hdd2 lights is a on off button.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.SATA drives do not have jumpers as each drive connects to a single controller. It should be plug and play. Test the drives in a PC and see if you can see them in Windows Explorer. Then try the Thermaltake drive bays again. Make sure they are in the bays correctly. Good luck.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I plugged an old SATA hard drive in, formatted it, added it as a backup drive and as soon as I change anything it kicks on and updates. I did not add any jumpers.
