Does this work on linex null

I used it on MacOS which is UNIX based, also ran it on a Linux VM in windows, which makes me think it should be fine with Linux systems. I would try it and if it doesn't work just return it.

I would assume so, as it works with PC, PS4, and various smart TV's...

It should if your version of Linux recognizes USB drives. My Windows system just saw it (with a hard drive in the dock) as an external drive.
