Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, however the drive that is being cloned to requires the amount of space being used by the first drive. For example, if 300GB is being used by a 1TB drive, then 300GB is needed on the 2nd 500GB drive.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.While I do not at the moment have a second hard drive in the dock, my computer reads the single as a separate drive to read and write to. Thus, I would expect if the second drive was added to the dock, the computer would assign a separate drive letter to it and read and write accordingly. Thus, it would matter not what the size of either hard drive is.
