Yes, but you need to hotwire it to your car so it continuous power, and no it doesn't come with the needed cord

It does have parking mode but you need to have it connected to the fuse box with a hardwiring kit & also need a large MicroSD card since it would be recording 24/7 when there is motion. All the programming is done in MicroSD card since it doesn't have a display screen.
