“SD Card is in the PC, and I can see recorded video, but "Dashcam setting" doesn't do anything. Nothing happens. No new window, no change in the PC Viewer window, nothing. I can get "Dashcam info" to give me data on the camera, but no settings.”

You have to go to Thinkware.com and download their software to your computer .. I had the same issue , ( I didn't read all the info in the manual ) ..mine works get now on my HP Pavilion ..windows 10
