• Hi Jayson. May we ask if the dash cam has been hardwired to the fuse box with the Thinkware Hardwiring Cable? Please note that plugging your dash cam through a continuously powered 12V socket is not equivalent to hardwiring and this method does not have the battery discharge protection features to prevent battery drainage. If the dash cam has been hardwired with the Thinkware Hardwiring Cable, you will need to review the installation.
