“Why is mine not recording audio?”

• You have either the mic volume turned down in the settings or muted. You can turn on and off the microphone from the main unit. There is a little switch push and hold. In the settings from Thinkware software you can adjust other settings as well. Your unit might also be defective. But check to make sure the button to record audio is not set to off.
