• Yes, you can use the PC software or the mobile app to turn it off. I did this because the alerts were rather annoying...

• Yes, take the card place it in your computer, open up Thinkware software, go to settings, and make your changes there. LDW is what I think it will be under. Hope this helps.

You can adjust these settings on either the PC Viewer and/or the mobile app by going to "Dash Cam Settings" -> "Road Safety Settings". We hope this helps!
