Hi Eddie, Your dash cam automatically overwrites the microSD card when full, so the dash cam will record as long as it is powered. The amount of footage that can be stored before overwriting will directly depend on the size of the microSD card and the video quality. Here are the approximate amount of the minutes the H50 dash cam can store before overwriting by microSD card: 8GB = 73 minutes, 16GB= 146 minutes, 32GB = 292 minutes. I saw a listing recently on how long the run time is for the different sizes of micro sd cards for this camera. I cannot find that info now. You should be happy with the 32gb class 10 as long as you buy a good quality card. It runs for a long time.
