- Answer The cable that came with mine had plenty of length. I installed it in an F150 crewcab and there was probably 3 to 4 feet of cable that I had to find a way to tuck away and hide.

- Answer Hi there, the dash cam needs to be powered by either a hardwiring cable, OBD II power cable and or a 12V power cable. If you are referring to that the dash cam can be operated independently using a built-in battery without any power cable, unfortunately no.

- Answer Hello! The dash camera will record even if its not connected to the bluetooth. The main reason for connecting the dash camera via bluetooth using the Thinkware application is to access the recorded videos or alter the settings of the dash camera.

- Answer Hello! Regarding this, if need a high resolution camera, I would suggest checking the Thinkware U1000 plus and Thinkware U3000. Both of it comes witha 4K UHD resolution.
